You will be challenged to think of new scenarios, consider more creative and ambitious ideas. I will guide you in the implementation and support you to keep your resolve and perseverance until completion.
The coaching methodology I use is an evidence based practice called “Solution focused coaching”. This kind of coaching can be defined as an outcome orientated, competence-based approach aiming to create sustainable solutions.

We can also use specific tools such as “Insights Discovery 2.0”, “PROSCI change management methods” and “Strength Finder 2.0” to support self- awareness and prioritisation.
The challenges that we face as leaders are rarely easily solved, as solutions don’t usually come out of a quick brainstorming. Ideally, for a complex problem, a coaching process should give you the opportunity to explore the issues over time and implement actions gradually in a sustainable way.
My usual coaching journey suggestion would be once a month over six months to allow for sufficient time to implement actions between meetings and regularly review outcomes before deciding on the next steps.
The actual approach however will be decided entirely by you based on your needs and priorities.
