About Me

Francesco Mereu

I am an International Executive and Coach, with a 30-year career in people and organisation development, strategic business planning and other business areas in blue chip multinationals.

As a People & Organisation Director my core remit is to coach leaders to drive culture change and develop and engage employees to deliver high performance, innovation, and customer value. 

Being trained as a Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC) certifies my adherence to the highest standard of coaching in line with the requirements of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I am fluent in English, German and Italian.

I have a passion for developing people and feel real joy in seeing people realise their talent and ambition.

However we all need variety and carefree fun. When not working, my favourite past times are spending time with my family, swimming and diving, exploring world cuisines and visiting fine art museums.
